SOCKS OF LOVE

SOCKS OF LOVE

Tetrick Funeral Services has spearheaded a group effort Socks for Love fundraiser with the Johnson City, TN hospice agencies to collect and distribute socks for those in nursing homes who have no one to help them and have need of socks to warm their feet.

This photo was taken on Feb. 10th with the socks that have been donated by local Good Samaritans who have answered our plea for help.

Pictured are Debbie Moore, Social Worker at Gentiva Hospice; Laura Graham, Community Ambassador at Tetrick Funeral Services; Tammy Pearman, Social Worker at Gentiva Hospice; Sarah Hale, Volunteer Coordinator at Ballad Hospice; Becky Bragg, Social Worker at Caris Hospice; and Greg Harris, Manager at Tetrick Funeral Services.

The fundraiser was done as a group effort of the Johnson City Hospice agencies and Tetrick Funeral Services.  Donations are still welcome and this will be an ongoing project to help those in need.
