JoAnn Malone Allen Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

JoAnn (Malone) Allen, age 67, of Bluff City, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Holston Valley Medical Center. JoAnn was born May 10, 1955 in Bristol, Tennessee to the late Ira and Anna B. Malone. In addition to her parents, JoAnn was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Eugene Allen; her brothers, Dallas Sams, Worley Sams, Buddy Sams, Ted Sams, Terry Sams, Ricky Sams and Curtis Malone. JoAnn loved her grandchildren immensely and was a member of Bunker Hill Christian Church. She retired as a hair stylist and loved gardening and loved her dog, D.J. Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Jeff and Debbie Allen and David Allen; her grandchildren, Isaac Allen, Caleb Allen, Katlyn Allen and Trevor Guy; a nephew, Wayne and Wendy Sams and their son, Josh Sams; a niece, Patty Sams; and two cousins, Sherry Winebarger Reeter and Kathy Stout Blackwell. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Tetrick Funeral Home of Elizabethton.
